Refunds or Exchanges
- We exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.
- Original box and all accessories should be returned aswell.
- If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back. ( Please consult shophive support for shipping back methods )
- Prices are not negotiable at shophive.com
- Shophive works hard to bring you low prices .If you find that a product you purchased or about to purchase is expensive then market then we have a price matching policy.
- Price matching is only applicable to identical conditions of sale, and excludes CDs and DVDs. The item must be in stock at the other authorized dealer (not a floor sample, "open box" item, refurbished or demo piece) and not be typographical error.
- All we need is the name and number of the store where you found it cheaper, and contact us.
