We send a confirmation email to the ID provided by you, the moment we receive your cheque/ DD. If you haven’t received a mail, please inform us. If you have chosen to pay for your order through a Cheque or a Demand Draft (DD) and wish to change the mode of payment  to Credit Card, you can do so by informing the customer support team within 2 days of placing the order.

What is the estimated delivery time for an Order?

-Last Order Processing: Before 6pm

-Lahore: Same day delivery by our own staff (cash on delivery available)*

-Islamabad - Rawalpindi: Same day dispatch from Lahore Office, next day delivery by our own staff (cash on delivery availabe on selected items, usually items less than 5KG)*

-Rest of the cities: Same day dispatch from Lahore Office, next day delivery by courier service (cash on delivery availabe on selected items, usually items less than 5KG)*

-Please open and check the product infront of courier staff. Shophive will not take any responsibility if the package is empty/damaged afterwards.

-We only deliver via TCS, in remote areas where TCS cannot deliver then we use other services or larger shipments made by other couriers.

-We don't ship outside Pakistan.

*It might take 1-5 business days to reach shippment depending on the size and weight of the product. Usually items heavier than 5KG's Home Appliances, Televisions, Large Printers, Home Theatre, Desktop computers, Projector Screens, Kitchen Appliances, Generators etc take more days. Some items are not on COD, we take 20% advance to confirm orders for COD

What if the delivery gets late or arrives before time?

It is our endeavor to deliver products on time. However, in rare and unavoidable circumstances and owing to the vagaries involved in the process, the delivery may get late or for that matter arrive before the scheduled time. We regret the inconvenience caused. Products will not be accepted back owing to minor delays or early arrival. Inordinate delays, however, should be brought into the notice of customer support team and due action shall be taken to resolve all such issues in your interest.

What if I receive the product in damaged / defective condition?

Products purchased from Shophive.com are delivered without any defect. In case you receive products different from what you have bought on the portal or if the product is damaged / defected, you can simply contact Shophive.com support center or call on the centralized helpline number within 2 working days of delivery. You can avail of an exchange or refund only if we cannot exchange providing the invoice and the product in original packing and unused condition.
